Another Hot water heater question

I've been trying to get ready for winter time, and am trying to figure out if mine has a hot water bypass. I finally (after reading around here and online), found the panel to the back of the HWH. This is in my Premier 30 RIPR.

I've attached a few pics, and am wondering if the white valve I'm seeing in the pics is the bypass valve. Any ideas?

Thanks again
