Battery circuit breaker?

I have what looks like a terminal connection mounted on the frame next to the battery. Is this a stud type circuit breaker? The main Positive lead from the battery is on one stud and on the other stud are two wires that go to the electric jack and the other wire goes inside the trailer.

When hooking up the battery today the top piece broke away from the base and is just dangling.

If this is indeed a circuit breaker what size in amps is it and where do I get a replacement from.

My TT is a 2013 Laredo 301RL

Thanks,

Jerry
