Keep your pics and take more, often. I suspect Keystone will deny until it tears or lifts off more.
I’m not aware of any manufacturer that “spot” glues the membrane. The entire surface is glued down as far as I know, and it looks like the factory didn’t lay the membrane down correctly. Having done some roofs 30-40 feet long, I can say it’s not easy to get it all flat.
Once again, keep an eye on it and take pics with a date stamp.
