Carefree Awnings-GREAT C/S
Had the led light strip lose about half the lights on the rear of my toy hauler. My dealer is less than worthless so I refuse to let them touch my rig. Anyway, I called Carefree. They said get the model number and serial number and call back. So, I called back and gave that to them. Well thinking they would say the dealer needs to fix that, she says can I get your address so we can send you a replacement. I said really? That's it and she said yes, we will send you a replacement. I was prepared to just buy a strip but they stepped up and honored the warranty even though I was not a dealer!
Great company. Great customer service....this is how you treat customers. I would not hesitate to buy their product in the future.
