As Chuck recommended, a local upholstery shop will usually end up with better results. If you did find an OEM cushion chances are it may not match your color very well. Age, different dye lots, etc. effect color. The second consideration, chances are an upholstery shape will use better materials and take more care in sewing it.
Last comment. If that cushion wore out first then I'm guessing it is used more. Having an upholstery shop use batter material and upgrade the foam inside might lengthen the life of the cushion.
