The air conditioner warranty is NOT with the dealership or even with Keystone. Depending on the brand air conditioner installed on your trailer, the air conditioner manufacturer has a listing of "approved warranty repair facilities"...
You do NOT have to use the dealership or even notify them of the warranty request. Simply look at your air conditioner owner's manual, find a "authorized warranty repair facility" and call them. Keep calling businesses from that list until you find one that makes house calls. If there are none near you, then "take a leap" and start calling mobile RV repair companies and ask them if they are an approved warranty center for the brand air conditioner you have.
The listing in the owner's manual for the A/C is not "all inclusive" and likely changes on a daily basis, so it's a starting point for finding a warranty repair service, but it is not the "limiting factor".... Many RV mobile technicians can repair/replace your "in warranty air conditioner" and send the bill to the manufacturer, completely bypassing Keystone and that dealership .....
