No Florida This Year

Don't know if this is the correct spot for this post. Please advise if it is not.

We have had a great time camping these past few years. We would camp in summer around our area here in Illinois but also at a lot we own at Torrey Oaks RV Resort in Bowling Green Florida. Torrey Oaks RV Resort -

This is a 55 and older community and only accepts 5th wheels and class A's.

Unfortunately due to work schedules we will not be able to go this year to our Florida spot.
So we are looking to Rent out our spot for the season or by the month.
If you like quiet this is a great location. 30 miles south of Lakeland FL. Wauchula FL. is 3 miles south and has Walmart and other stores, it's 1 hour 15 min. to Holmes beach and about 1 hour to Disney.

It is Lot 183 $895.00 per month plus electric....

PM me for more details.

Hi Philbert, I noticed your stakes on your awning shade screen. Where did you find them? Or what did you make them from? Some close up pics would be nice if you don't mind. I think that set up would work great for our 2 awnings. Thanks and that resort looks very nice, but we're not yet allowed out of Canada to visit the USA hopefully soon.

I used 1/2" galvanized electric conduit 5' long. Then i drilled 1/4" hole approximately 1 foot from top. Then when i placed my awning over it i put tarp straps in top end Then down to the hole I drilled. Then take another longer tarp strap and anchor down to ground. I use dog tie out screw in anchor. Works well. When I get back to our camper next weekend I'll take some pics. Hope this helps.
