It might have been ... it doesn't look like an official road sign, might have been on someone's private property or business.
ETA - although a Google image search has it showing up all over - including the UK.

Can't be Quebec, some government official (or radical Separatist) would have had it removed for not being bilingual, and we haven't used the imperial system for road travel since late 70s.

I'm on the advisory board of the local hospital. At the last board meeting we were discussing the upcoming rise in OB/GYN admissions this fall. We're looking at potentially recruiting another OB/GYN doctor this summer if we can find one.
