This is a kit that can be used to 'flip' the axles. Like what has been stated, the axles still must be oriented so the top of the axle is still the top, whether it is above or below the springs. https://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Sus...71-385-00.html

Pulled the trailer out of storage. Put a level on the bottom of the axels and they do bow up ever so slightly.

So i can't imagine why the guy would have said they were upside down. Also took a picture with the wheel off. He said he didn't touch the brakes when he repacked the bearings. Everything look ok in the pictures? Click image for larger version

Ken, what I'm looking at in the pics looks OK. Have you pulled the rubber seals to see what's inside (hopefully fresh grease). The guy said he didn't do anything at all to the brakes; I am assuming all drums were loose enough that he didn't have to dial back the shoes to pull them....or did he? If he didn't, have you checked to see if they need to be tightened up a bit?

Are you sure he didn't mean the axles should be flipped?
Also he has to pull the drums off to repack bearings and replace the seals. If he didn't do that and squired grease in through the zerts, he didn't repack bearings he just added grease.

Without pulling the drums off you can't check the brakes either.
Personally I'd pull each drum and check the brakes and replace the seals when repacking the bearing the right way.

I'd have to agree with everyone else, they look fine to me, hard to tell the bump up but I think I see it some in the rear axle.
