Winterize Water Bypass for 2400bh

I looked at how to winterize my new 2018 2400bh and noted that the Camco kit doesn't work and required additional parts to install.

Instead of buying the Camco kit I simply bought the Flojet 20381-009 Quad Port Fittings - Quad x 1/2" Barb from Amazon and then LDR 516 B1210 Braided Nylon Tubing, 1/2-Inch ID x 10-Foot from Amazon plus a simple hose clamp.

The Flo Jet unit has Snap-in Port Fittings (you can see in the photo of the Flo Jet below) so all I had to do was pull open the blue clip, remove the water line from the tank and then insert the line I assembled. It was super easy. You will leak a little water or winterize fluid when you put on and take off so have a cloth handy. I don't like the Braided Nylon Line as it's too stiff so next time I would use a simple clear vinyl.

Reality is that the manufacturer should include this bypass in the unit. They know you will need it and it isn't really an option.
