Passport 2400bh bottom bunk

Any suggestions on how to deflect the heat in the bottom bunk that comes from the outdoor fridge when it is running?

You might try adding some foil-bubble wrap to the roof between the bunk and fridge. Is the door to the outside kitchen open?
