Cougar 324RLB Landing Gear Bevel Gear

Hi folks, Landing Gear Bevel Gears in my 2010 Cougar 324RLB have decided to eat themselves and I can find nothing that tells me who the landing gear manufacturer is. Larger gear has 16 teeth and smaller gear has 12 teeth. Smaller gear (Horizontal?) has a lock ring that fits in a slot cut around the gear to keep the gear drive pin from coming out. Checked everywhere on the net but no luck yet. Emailed Keystone but no response yet. Any ideas?
Thanks.
Dave

Dave, here is a Atwood pdf file you can take a look towards the bottom is replacment parts drawing the gears are parts 15 / 36. Not sure if this is what is on your 5er? There should be something in the owners manual that might help tell you what jacks you have. Good luck.

Here is the web sight direct:

Thanks Hunter 757.
I've looked at that diagram and although it looks very similar to my landing gear it is depicted reversed and does not show enough detail of the bevel gears to be sure. With my luck it is the right schematic and I have the Super Duty landing gear that shows there is no bevel gear kit. I assume that means I have to replace the entire leg. That's a pretty stupid design if you ask be but I suppose it makes them more money that way. Makes me want to change the whole thing out with a different brand.
Anyway, thanks for your help. I appreciate it.

Has anybody pulled a super duty landing gear leg off before to check the bevel gears? Does the horizontal gear (12 tooth) have a circular wire snap ring in a groove on the gear that would keep the drive pin from coming out?

Thanks folks!

Hi Dave,

Did you ever resolve this issue? We have a Cougar 292RKS and have the same problem. The 16 tooth gear has teeth missing and I cannot identify the manufacturer of the landing gear or components.
