no power to slide out

we have a 2017 cougar 21rbs. The slide and the front jack have no power while everything else does. We are currently plugged in to electric. We have checked the interior fuses and breakers. What else could be the problem?

On the front of the trailer tongue, on the "A" arm part of the frame, you will probably find a couple of small red (might be black) resettable fuses/breakers. They are auto reset and sometimes they fail, or possibly a loose connection at them Those two devices don't normally feed from the 12V fuse panel. Check with a meter if you have one and know how to use it, chances are the problem is in that area.
