Bad dust storm problems I-10
There have been some bad accidents caused by blowing dust on I-10 near San Simon Arizona both last week and this week as well. This is around MP378 close to the NM state line. They are currently rerouting traffic on a 110 mile detour around the area.
Here is a pic of a DPS Trooper that had his SUV totaled while he was out of it assisting with another wreck. Friend of mine had to funny it up a bit. He is a real nice guy and does a good job down on that stretch of highway.

?) over the years to meet many state troopers in several states, I have to say that I have never met one that was unfair or mean. I have met two that were "green" and a little brusque. I think they do us all a great service and I admire the work they do.....even when they are writing me a ticket. Thankfully this individual was not in the vehicle and was spared.
