2014 cougar 330rbh furnace and a/c

Should there be air coming out of a/c vents when the furnace is on?

The fan was set to lo not auto so it was blowing all the time

With my old TT if I had it in any other mode besides auto the fan on the ac would run with the furnace. Once in auto only the furnace would blow air. Haven't tried it on the new one I just left it on auto and everything works the way it should.
