Keyless Entry

I know this is just a small item but. Our keyless entry keypad stopped working. I figured as our unit was built 2/12 figured the battery was dead. Changed battery no help. I email Southco the mfg who sent me to Lippert. A few emails later about correct part number and such. Got an email stateing they were sending me a new keypad. We got our unit 4/12 so were out of warranty but they send me the parts needed anyway. Now DW is happy happy happy.
