Sway Control - openings windows - Truth or Hoax?

I was talking to a guy who tows alot of travel trailers and he told me he uses weight dist hitches - standard - nothing special, and never used a sway control - friction or otherwise. He said he opens a small window on each side of the camper - preferrably accross from each other - and this eliminates all sway.

Now....when I hear people use the phrase "eliminates all sway"....I just laugh...had anyone else heard anything similiar; done the same tactic...or tried it and found out it is a bix hoax...

any feedback and thoughts are appreciated...Thanks!
Andy

Hoax, but hay, give it a try and let us know how it works out.. REALLY don't do it, ever unless you want to clean and replace broken stuff in your trailer. I have in my past pulled traffic stops on RVs with open windows, flapping roof vents, swinging storage doors and was greatfully thanked each time by the owners. By doing so maybe saved them repairs or worst from flying debris hitting someone else.
