Neo Angle RV Shower door adjustment
I have a sagging Neo Angle RV Shower door in my 21RBS and it is causing the door to snag itself against the lower rail.
The sagging is very obvious. The upper hinge has moved away from the jamb by about an eight of an inch. (The glass has not sagged in the frame.)
It seems as though my 2013 Cougar X-Lite 21RBS does not have any adjustment capabilities on this shower door.
I have read previous posts from 2013.
Has anybody got any new ideas?

If yours is like our neo angle shower, when it was sagging (and tearing the rubber sweep under the door) I discovered it was a little screw that I believe was in or very near the plastic "hinge" the door pivots on that had loosened. That piece of plastic is on both the top and bottom of the door as the hinge. I can look this coming weekend and snap a picture if That will help. We are currently 3 hours away from the camper or I wouldn't have to rely only on my memory!
More pulled out of my memory - the screw I'm talking about is in the bottom of that plastic hinge up into the bottom of the metal door frame. I think I had to basically lay down on the floor to see what was going on and to tighten it.

Thanks for the tip.
I have not looked underneath there. I'll take a look tomorrow. My trailer is on the driveway.

I was wrong. It is the screw in the back of the door down by the plastic hinge that was loose on ours. I've tried to attach a photo showing the screw in the back of the door. It being loose caused the sagging of the door and tearing of the plastic sweep.

Thanks again.
All those screws that hold the frame are tight on mine.
I found out on page eleven here;
http://www.ca.kohler.com/onlinecatalog/pdf/112692_2.pdf
that the final adjustment of this door can only be done during initial installation. After that, and when the silicone is up, well, your SOL
I ended up finding a small washer, cutting a wide slit in it, and slid it under the plastic hinge retainer lifting the whole door up enough so that it does not snag against the bottom rail.
Works fine (right now).

I did the tiny washer thing too, plus ground down bottom rail a bit along with the silicon sweep.

On three sided showers, when the shower door sags on the opening side and hits the lower frame, I found that the upper shower rail which holds the shower inclosure in place has been bent over time by the opening and closing of the door. Fixes mentioned include adjustment screws on the hinge side of the door or inserting a washer under the bottom hinge side pin. I found that if the top rail is removed and ever so slightly bent in the appropriate direction and reinstalled, the door squares up in the opening and that corrects the issue.

It seems there is a number of causes, in my case the door itself is out of square. After my last outing this year, I will remove it and try to square it up. Then if I break it, at least I will have time to replace it. It would be nice to see pics of this repair done with the “shim washers”. It would not cure the problem, but would eliminate the binding.
