BAL 7.1 Leveling System

I have a 2017 Outback-332FK and BAL 7.1 Leveling System. Does this system use hydraulic fluid that needs to be maintained or changed? I’m beginning to have issues with some of the 7-points not either rising or lowering automatically.

It is a 12vdc electric system.
