Awnings not available in In Command system

Hi There,
Total newbie here. I just bought my first RV over the weekend, a 2019 Cougar 368 MBI. Went to extend the awnings on our first trip and it was not an option on the InCommand system. It's not listed anywhere. Any suggestions as to how I get the awnings to show up in the InCommand system so they can be used? Thanks in advance.

Did you load your floorplan?

Like Steve said sounds like the floorplan needs to be loaded.

If you have issues call ASA Electronics. The reports are they provide excellent customer service.
