Avalanche 376RD questions

We currently have a KZ 5er, but, have had Montana, Cruiser, Jayco, and Dutchmen in the past. I am very interested in a 2019 Avalanche 376RD I have found. I'm not familiar with the Avalanche line. How does it compare to a Montana? Does it have the drop frame in the front like Montana for a larger storage area? I was happy with our Montana when we had it, but, the auto leveler thing got me and our local dealer I usually deal with had switched from Montana to KZ so we traded. Looking back, I should have just added it to the Montana I had. Anyway, thanks for any feedback on the Avalanche line.

Hello! The wife and I have a Avalanche 320RS which is one of the smaller 5th wheels in the line, but perfect for just the two of us. Yes, it does have the drop frame in the front so we have a full roomy basement. As to a comparison to the Montana, the Avalanche is more a close cousin to the Alpine series of RV’s and from what I know, they are both made at the same plant. Better than some in the Keystone 5th wheel line, but not as good as the Alpine or Montana.

I will say that we love our 320RS so far. No major problems to speak of, just the usual minor ones that seem to plague every RV.

I had a 2013 Avalanche 343RES . never a problem with it. It's more in line with the Cougar . I now have an 3660FL Alpine which is the brother/sister to the Montana. The Avalanche was a good rv though keep in mind that no matter what brand you purchase, they all share the same components as any other trailer . Don't expect a perfect rv as you will have issues . i had a few on my Alpine in which the dealer took care and the rest i have done on my own. Good luck should you purchase it....
