Lazydays RV in Tucson, AZ

We have a 2011 Cougar 27RLS that we purchased in April 2011. Have had no problems with it until just the other day. We went camping Veteran's Day weekend, and as we were packing up we found that our slide out wouldn't close. Nothing, nada, the motor was running but the room wouldn't move! We managed to close the slide manually (not an easy feat!) and get it home, but we were really worried about getting the repair done as the dealer we purchased from just recently closed their Tucson dealership location. So I called Keystone Customer service and they gave me three options for service in Tucson. We chose Lazydays RV - who recently opened a dealership in the old Beaudry location. Called them on a Monday and made an appointment to take it in on Thursday. The service department there was excellent - our trailer was completely repaired, checked for manufacturer's recalls, and back to us in a little over a week. Probably would have had it back even sooner but we were out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Just want to give kudos to both Keystone and Lazydays RV. We were really impressed with their professionalism and quick action in repairing our trailer. Hope to not have anymore problems, but if we do at least we know we can take it to a dealer close to home and be treated well.

Lazydays Tucson

Sorry for your mechanical slide issue, but pleased that Lazydays provided the service level you needed.

On our journey in January from Atlanta to Scottsdale, we are planning 2 days in Tucson and will be visiting Lazydays. I have been to their Florida store many times and always impressed with the facility and courteous personnel. They actually allow you to go through all of their RV inventory without driving you nuts.

Lazydays dealearship is all about customer service. Purchased our Laredo TT from them (Florida Location) this past spring. The few issues I had regarding warrenty repairs were done without a hitch. In MHO they are the best!
