Factory installed hitch what class?

I have a 2003.5 Ram 2500 c/w Cummins 5.9 short box Quad cab. Any one know what class hitch was factory installed?

My '94 and my '04.5 included a class IV receiver in the tow package. I would think the '03.5 did also. JM2¢, Hank
