I wouldn't!!!
Mineral spirits are "petroleum distillates" and are not recommended by DICOR for their roofing membrane, both EPDM and TPO.
Here's one definition of Mineral spirits: "White spirit (UK) or mineral spirits (US), also known as mineral turpentine, .... White Spirit is a petroleum distillate used as a paint thinner and mild solvent."
and the statement from DICOR's FAQ: "CAUTION: DO NOT use cleaners or conditioners containing petroleum solvents, harsh abrasives, or citric-based cleaners. You may cause irreparable damage to your roof and/or may void your warranty. Use caution when working on top of your vehicle. The wet membrane may be extremely slippery."
If I were you, I'd use 90% isopropol alcohol, let it air dry, then apply the sealant per instructions on the container.
