They are most likely standard ATC fuses. Available in auto parts stores, and even in the small auto sections of drug and grocery stores. Hardware stores, too. And, of course, WalMart.
These are another item that is on no way Keystone or even RV unique.
Of course, if you want to pay double or triple what they normally sell for, just hop on down to your RV dealer.
Most common fuses are made by Buss, but there's other reliable ones available. This not one of those things that brand names matter too much.
