Picked up a 2014 311 in June. So far so good. From what I've read its a little less fancy than the fuzion. This is our first big trailer and we are happy with it, made a few modifications to the bedroom to fit our 1 yr olds crib. A few minor things wrong with it but nothing major. How you like yours?

So far we have had no issues and really enjoy the toy hauler. Only real complaint is I wish the manuals were more specific i.e. Location of wiring, water pipe routing etc. tried to order drawings, but a no go from Keystone.

We took the 311 because of the 2 entrance into the bath and bed room. Its a new model for 2014 and close to the Fuzion but only 35 1/2 feet pretty small for a Keystone toy hauler. That isnt a 311 Impact.

We, too will be taking delivery soon on our 2015 Keystone Impact 311. Yes, this picture he posted is a 311. You can get it like the one pictured, or with the double entry bathroom door. We chose the floor-plan shown because the bathroom seemed to have more useable space. Plus, the steps and that super high door just inside the coach seemed odd-at best to us. This will be our first toy hauler and first fifth wheel. Very excited to see it and put it into use.

I look all over the r v trader and have never seen a 311 impact with just the one entrance up to the bed room. Will the slider need to be out to get into the bath room on the signal entrance 311 Impact like shown in the floor plane here ?

Not to access the bathroom, but to get into the bedroom, yes it will. That is kind of a pain in the ---. Now, I went back and looked at the floorplan again. Now, I'm unsure if you will be able to access the bathroom.

From what I recall when we were looking I dont think you can get up the stairs with the living room slide in. That was why we went with the other layout with the bathroom door right inside the door. I wanted to be able to get into the bedroom through the bathroom without putting out the slides.
We also liked the large neo angle shower stall over the tub/shower combo that the other layout had. Yes the bathroom is slightly smaller in ours but only slightly. We felt the better entry into the bedroom, actually 2 ways into the bedroom would work better for us.
Now just waiting to get ours back as I decided to have a second AC added.
