Casino Trip - Tunica, Mississippi

This year we went up to the Ho Chunk Casino in Wisconsin and they had a great RV site on the grounds of the casino.

Looks like our spring adventure will be a casino trip to Tunica, Mississippi. So we are looking for suggestions / opinions of the RV sites in close proximity to the casinos there, preferably within walking distance or with shuttle service.

Thanks in advance!

We stayed at Mid-South RV park back in October. It was a one night stopover coming and going. It is Harrah's "RV Park". Park was fine. Cost was good too...maybe $15. We didn't look at any of the others. They have an hourly shuttle to Harrah's casino.
We made the mistake of eating at Harrah's buffet. Way overpriced and low quality.
If you stay there, you may as well drive down to Clarksdale and go to the Delta Blues Museum. Guess you could take in Beale St. in Memphis as well.

You may want to look at Paragon Casino in Marksville LA. The RV park was just a bit nicer. But, the roads getting to it are rough and there isn't much else around.

Thanks for the info. We've toured much of the area before and are just looking for a gambling stopover there (1 day and 2 nights). We'll be on our way to South Padre Island in Texas.

Good to know about the buffet, although we usually have good success getting comp'd after my wife plays a bit! LOL

Welcome to Texas then!
Mid-South was fine. We were pretty tired when we got there. Driving from Houston on the way to Ohio. I would stop there again for sure.
