switch tub for shower

My 2010 springdale 291 tt has a small and useless tub. Has anyone tried switching out the tub for a shower stall?? Any thoughts?

I haven't done it on a trailer but I have on many stick & bricks. The problem will be finding a shower pan and encloser to fit the space you have. You might have to move the drain location to match the new pan. It is doable and a good winter project. Let us know what you come up with and if you do it please take pictures to share.

A friend of mine has an Outback that had one of those tubs that 1/2 of it was a seat. He actually replaced it with one of the regular little tubs. What a difference that made!!
