Awning pitch

Noticed a number if domestic awnings while camping that have zero pitch. Meaning they extend straight out. I have a raptor 384pk and would like to adjust the rear awning to be closer to zero pitch as when it's extended now you can bump your head on the awning. Anyone know how to do this?

There are a couple of different styles. One has a knob that you unscrew, move the awning to the desired pitch, and tighten the knob back down.

The other style has a double bar on a roller that moves up as you extend the awning. On the inside bar, you will see a silver button and several holes. Depress the button and the slide to the desired pitch. Look for a red label on this arm. It will give you instructions on having the awning pitched differently on each end.
