TV mounting bracket

Hey everyone,

My Raptor 297 came with this tv mounting plate(see pic) in the large storage compartment. Anyone know where I can get the arm that goes on it?

Thanks!

Looks the same as mine. In the lit it says the garage tv can be taken off and put in the basement on the supplied bracket.

See this thread for more http://www.keystonerv.org/forums/showthread.php?t=15889

I have yet been able to get out there to look at it more. Tomorrow it's supposed to be 65 and sunny so I plan to figure it out. If the tv is not on an arm and is just a static bracket it won't do much good in the basement pointed at the opposite wall. We shall see.

My Raptor did not come with a garage or bedroom tv....only the big 40" tv in the main room. It doesn't have the same type of mounting bracket...I wouldn't want to put that tv outside anyway.

That Bracket is used to hold the TV so that it can be viewed outside the Raptor. I have used it to view TV outside the Raptor, all you need to do is remove the TV and arm mechanism from the garage bracket, disconnect the coaxial cable and power cable from the wall. Slide the TV arm mechanism into the bracket in question in the outside compartment, plug AC power line into 120VAC outlet there and plug the TV coaxial cable into the outlet that is there. Adjust the arm mechanism, set up the TV with the remote and grab a drink and enjoy. If I recall our TV in the garage is a 24" flat screen and is probably close to the max for that opening.

Works Great, have not tried it in the snow By the way snow storm forecast for Wednesday. Cut me a break

X2. It's designed to use the arm from inside so you don't have to unbolt you tv, just move it from one location to the other.

Guys, the OP said he didn't have a tv in the garage or bedroom. Not sure he wants to take the 40" living room tv outside.

Got_88 I looked at mine yesterday, the arm that goes on the mount in the basement is a Moview MS1042 by Ramco Engineering. I did a couple searches and didn't find the current arm, but you can hunt around. Might have to have the dealer order it from KS or call the company itself.

Hey buddy, I just sold my 299mp Raptor and just bought a Montana 3150rl with the same issue. It had this little rinky-dink bracket in the basement for the bedroom tv to mount on. Well I said, to hell with that! After a little research I found out that "MOR-RYDE" the suspension people make some killer tv mounts that are meant for a traveling rv. We bought one and mounted this CLEAN slide out mount for our 32" tv. Everyone that see's it is blown away of how nice of a piece it is! These are not cheap, but I believe you get what you pay for. High quality for sure. Amazon had the best price. Here is a link to their stuff check it out! Get another tv, and leave it in there! Thats what I did. Good luck!
