Unhappy TV problem

Have a 2012avalanche, been trying to get the bedroom and outside TV working . Living room TV works fine. Can't figure out the wiring. Ay know how this goes.

If you are on CG cable, all the sets should work with the booster in the off position. If using the antenna, the booster must be on for all sets to work. Some set-ups have a short jumper wire that is used on a wall plate with two F type connectors. Hopefully someone with this set-up will chime in on it's use and location.

I have the setup mentioned here. I just added a 2nd TV to the bedroom this week. Before I did that, the TV in the living area was connected to the Winegard F Type connector and there was a jumper between the two F Type connectors on the plate by themselves. After the new TV was installed I took the jumper off the bottom F Type connector and swung it over to the Winegard F Type connector. Then I attached the cable from my TV in the living area to the vacant bottom F Type connector.
