Control Panel

We have a 2013 Keystone Cougar and have had intermittent problems with the top half of the control panel, sometimes it works and I can operate the slides and associated functions. I took the battery to a battery shop, they said it was OK. I have checked the trickle output of the inverter to the battery and the reading was 13.6 V. It does not matter if the battery disconnect is on or off.
Any suggestions?

If it is the touch panel, there have been many ongoing issues with it and lots of threads on this forum about it.
