Dyson D35 Digital slim in your RV.

Hi, does anyone use the Dyson D35 Digital Slim in your RV. If so how do you like it? Thanks, Chris

Chris -
On 08-22-2011, you asked almost the same question regarding suggestions for RV vacuums and received quite a few responses from our members. If you recall, most members recommended the Dirt Devil and Hoover. You might want to check back to that thread to review what was suggested back then.
Hopefully, you will get some newer and different suggestions this time round.

Thanks Fetus2! And "yes" I do remember that post. I'm not that old!! LOL

I did try one hoover model as somone suggested and the unit quit working after a couple of months. Store wouldn't take it back so I sent it in to hoover and they would not warrenty it because they said motor burnt up and was was caused by string in the beater brush. Buncha BS. Out the cost of the vacuume and shipping. So we purchased a new dirt devil. It really worked great but was a pain to get between bed and closet. Still have that one but use it in the house now.

The Dyson D35 has a smaller head and is rechargable. Kinda wondering what others think. I see some campers come with thoes installed.

I may have to go back to using the central vac? If it only wasn't for the hose being so prone to damaging the wood trim.

Thanks

I read a review on the D35 once, it was not very pretty. complaints on the battery and poor suction. You can go to the internet and type in D35 reviews and read them for yourself.

The rechargable Dyson came with our Alpine and we love it. We still haul the dirt devil but really don't think we will ever use it again. The dyson gets into all the little areas and stays charged long enought to do all the cleaning.

I have the rechargeable vacuum from Electrolux. I paid a 100 dollars for it from Costco. It's a powerful little sucker (sorry) and about perfect for our 30 ft. trailer. It has a detachable hand vacuum that is able to get in tight spots.
