You don’t mention which auto leveling system you have. I have the Lippert Ground Control 6 point auto leveling system. The Lippert manual contains a procedure for recalibrating level. They call it Zero Point Calibration. I’ve used it to reset the level in my rig and it is pretty straightforward. Also, my experience with Lippert customer service has been outstanding.

You should be able to find a recalibration procedure for your system in your user manual, regardless of mfr. if not, contact customer service and have them walk you thru it.
