Maiden Voyage Tow Vehicle & Rig

Hey guys! Thanks for letting us be a part of the group.

Just took our maiden voyage in our new-to-us 2015 Bullet Premier M30RIPR. We are towing with a 2015 RAM 4x4 with the 3.0 Ecodiesel and we have the airbag suspension system. We traveled about 1100 miles from central Arkansas through Nashville to Patoka State Park in southern Indiana and back through Missouri home. I was nervous as to wether the 1/2 ton was up for the job. I did all my research and weight calculations and we were within our limits, but close.

Everything went great. Ran a little hot on everything. I realized I was low on coolant. I put in a Heavy Duty 50/50 mix and added some Wetter Water and all temps were perfect after that! Had a leak in the fresh water fill. Fixed when we got home. Other than that, Great Trip!!!

We leave on July 8th for a 2 1/2 week, 2100 miles southeast US Tour. Can’t wait!

Are you attempting to post from a phone or from a computer? If from a phone, send the photo to your computer and post it from there, it'll appear without "rotating to accommodate the phone's software.

Ok, pic from a few weeks ago ... finally de-winterized, washed and waxed @ 2 months later than normal, due to most everything being closed etc. First trip out was a short 3 day stint/shake down cruise. All systems good to go, now headed out for a week to the sun and heat of the Okanagan.

Far from finished, but couldn't resist to post a pic of my SRW with a higher tow rating than everyone's dually.

There's nobody in the front roadside seat... Is the steering wheel in the back on SRW trucks with high tow ratings?????

Have you ever asked your millennial kid to take a decent quality picture? If you want it done right, do it yourself.

I thought it was "weight distribution".

My clunker... mostly all fixed for dragging my ancient 5ver. 2006 F350XL rubber floor mats, 4WD, 8' bed, SRW. 6.0L delete and runs nice at 140K miles, cheap tires (Americus Commercial) 18' LRE, new front end (no death wobble for me), backup camera and hard wired trailer review camera, Pioneer stereo with 7" screen (for backup camera), New frame bumpers that squeak. Automatic, 50 hp tow tune (SCT), Black fuzzy dice. I bought the truck for about $7K and have put about $3K into it and it is now pretty much right! There are three sets of seat covers on the front and rear seat and afraid to look under them. Andersen Ultimate (steel - dumb mistake) on turn over ball.

Bill,

That thing will "tow anything on the lot" but one question: Where does the "navigator" sit ???????

Well that's what the salesman said, "It'll Haul It All!" How about a an electric scooter that follows along side. (detached side car!)
