Question Drains?

Under my trailer there are 3 what I believe are drains.
One near the front of the trailer that definitely drains the water tank.
The other 2 are just a bit away from the water heater.
Are these to drain the water heater? And - Why 2?

One for the hot water lines. One for the cold water. One plus one = two.
There is a separate drain for the HW tank. Look at the base of the tank. It is there.

Thanks!
Would draining these eliminate the need to put anti-freeze in the water lines?

Not really. There will still be some water left "standing" -- in the pump, in some of valves, faucets, etc. If you don't want to use RV antifreeze, you can clear all the water out by blowing the lines out. For this, you'll need an air compressor set to about 30-40psi.
To ensure that the lines have been properly and thoroughly winterized, you either need RV antifreeze pumped through all of the lines, or have them blown out with air.

If you do a forum search - type in "winterizing" or a Google search - type in Winterizing an RV... you'll find plenty of info on how to do this and in what order.
