A/C & Heat Running at Same Time

I have a 2013 Keystone Bullet 281BHS New time user and the heat and AC are running at the same time. I have read the manual and tried to troubleshoot the issue. Has anyone dealt with this issue before?

Thanks

Rick

press the mode button till the fan led comes on -- then use the + button to cycle through the fan settings. I think you need to be in the Auto setting which will read Au in the display instead of either Lo or Hi. Then switch to A/C to see if the heat still runs.

The way I learned how to correct that is outlined in the beginning of the manual in the installation instructions. It has to do with the initialization process. Look at my previous posts, it's outlined there.

If you want heat be sure the fan is on auto.
