I've got a Raptor 300MP and the inside garage door latch no longer aligns with the doorframe hole because of settling. Check there first. You can close the door and it seems fine but because it doesn't latch it comes right open.

My cabinet doors stay shut. Make sure you don't have anything heavy in there that pushes against them when you travel. Then again just make sure they latch correctly. There is a little bit of adjustment there but not much.

I added a brushed nickle deadbolt to the garage and bathroom doors on mine because the flex of the trailer driving down the road opened the doors sometimes.... now I just latch them before I go hauling and have piece of mind.... The bathroom one is the best since I was able to mount it in the underside of the door with the two inch gap they left!

I did the same as rev114. I have a Fuzion 405 and had to put them on the two garage doors and the 1/2 bath door. Bath door opened one time while traveling and when I started to bring the slide out out they made contact, not much damage, was able to handle the repair myself. Just mad for not checking the doors first. Be careful because the doors are a composite like cardboard.

What do the dead bolts you use look like? The only thing I can imagine is a barrel bolt like this:

I have had the doors come open on our 360 as well.

I used the same ones, just make sure when you install them the rv is level. If the rv isn't then the doors are not aligned correctly in the opening and you'll have a problem down the road when you go to secure them again.

My issue is that i didn't spend the kind of money that i did on a trailer that flex's so bad the doors pop open , I feel there should be something done by Keystone to solve the problem for us that have the problem . I have seem other threads about repair and braceing Keystone has done to other trailers to solve the flexing problem.

Heck I had houses that cost waaaay more than this trailer and still had doors get out of alignment. And I didn't pull them across country! I'll settle for a door bolt instead of $1000 worth of additional steel they'll add to the price of the trailer.

The manufacturers know there will be issues and will "grease the squeaky wheels" so to speak. When there are too many squeaky wheels, changes are made. They know that some wheels grease themselves.
It is a challenge for manufacturers to build a product with more creature comforts and still remain within a towable weight. Especially toyhaulers. I expect some minor flaws that can be easily dealt with. Body flex is an RV evil that we all must endure. JMHO

Trailer Flex

Our Cougar is the first unit (of three) that the doors do NOT open while driving! Guess it was a lucky build day at Keystone...
