Questions, what year is the trailer and does any heat come on before it shuts down. Mine just had a board failure and it would start up, fan would come on and than heat, than shut down. It was under warranty and fixed. It had to be tested by the shop to find the board failed after it was removed. Board failures have been mentioned on here by some. I realize you mentioned you did not think it was lighting. On mine I cannot hear if it lights or not due to fans noise, I knew it was lighting because I held my hands at the vents as it was working and felt the cold air get warm, than cold and shut off.
