Air Conditioner Airflow

We have a 2018 Outback 330RL, and have had it out twice. My question is how much air flow should I have from the air conditioning vents? If I close off the two vents on the unit itself I have very little air flow through the three vents in the kitchen/living area, and can barely feel any airflow in the bedroom. How do I check for debris in the vents/ducts, How do I take the vent cover off and how do I check the duct from the unit to the bedroom? I have a second unit in the bedroom but it's so loud I'd like to use the vent from the back unit at night.
