Looking at buying a 189ML

I'm interested in a 2010 Keystone 189ML that a local dealer has. This is my first RV. Are there any problem areas or things I should look for when I take a look at it at the dealer? Any issues with the slide?

They are asking 12k for it. Does that sound about right? What should I offer for it and is there anything I might be able to haggle into that price from the dealer?

Thanks!

We own a 2011 189ml (the last year that model was made) and have been very happy with it. No problems with slideout or anything else.
We bought it new for $14,000 in 2011 and thought we did OK at that price.
It's a nice little trailer, rides very well behind our 8-cylinder Dodge Dakota with two kayaks in the back.
Have fun!

I've got a 2013 199ML that I bought new last Nov. for $13.5K. Think you should be able to get a 2010 for less than $10K. So far, no problems with the rig - I'm well pleased.
