Bullet Screen Door - Does not latch

Posted this issue today. Neither screen door latches, other Bullets on the lot have same issue. Does not appear to be adjustable. Keystone appears to be drilling out and attaching doors via a template and whomever is install the doors don't test them. Wondering if this is a pervasive problem, want to key Keystone a heads up.

As far as I know (and I'd bet my next paycheck on it), nobody from the Keystone RV Company's Customer Service department is a member of this forum and nobody from the factory monitors posts made on this forum. So, if you want them to know about your problem, you really REALLY need to contact them and not rely on "word of mouth" from this site to catch their attention.....

Same thing on one of our doors. When we took it in to the dealer to get a couple minor warrantee issues completed, we had them fix it. All it needed was to be lowered about an eighth inch or the hole in the plate cut about an eighth inch lower. Now I wish I would have pulled the plate and fixed it myself. We have a complete fab shop at our hangar with a mill and lathe but I figured this was the dealerships responsibility to make it right. The "fix" the dealership did looks like a child with a hammer and chisel just beat the hell out of it until it worked. Very sorry excuse for workmanship.

Then go to the Keystone RV website (KeystoneRV.com) and click on the customer service tab along the top.
