Thumbs down Slice in the Fiberglass Front

After getting my 2012 Keystone Sprinter home, I decided to get out the ladder and check out the roof.

As I approached the front I noticed a long cut running crosswise the entire width of the trailer on the fiberglass front just about 4 inches past the rubber roof. It looks like someone with a utility knife may have cut the rubber to fit at the factory but in the process also cut the fiberglass front near the seam.

I took it into Camping World for them to take a peek, they took pictures, and contacted Keystone.

I live in Florida, and my concern it is now a weak spot in the fiberglass and one day will finish cracking enough to allow water to penetrate the fiberglass.

Keystone refuses to repair it. I haven't had the trailer 2 months yet. So much for the factory warranty.

Have you contacted Keystone yourself directly?

Maybe your RV dealership isn't following up or being forceful enough.

If you have your own pics send them to them and stay on top of it
(pun intended...) and you should get this resolved.

Keep us informed!
