Your Favorite RV Recipe

Hello and greetings from the co-pilot of a brand new 2014 Carbon 5er. Now I will be honest and admit to the world that I HATE COOKING! However, when on the road we rarely eat out and I need help with some great RV recipes to make life more simple. My poor husband can only eat so much Schwann's plus our freezer isn't that large so I am now begging for your help.

Please if you can post your favorite recipes for the RV I will compile them together and make a booklet for the road and if I get enough I would be happy to share the compilation with all you fine folks. Thanks for any suggestions and help!

CarbonFun, Howdy;

The folks in the next site from mine prefer to do all their cooking in crockpots.
They have several and spend most of their days out prospecting in the hills
around here. This way they come 'home' to a cooked meal.

carbonfun my Dw is a good cook she just doesn't like to. she has a long commute to and from work 2+ hours. so I do the cooking as I get home first. and when we hit the camp ground we both want to take it easy so I cook a lot of crock pot stuff and grill just about everything. the oven is a storage rack and the stove makes the coffee, we like quick clean up! so head over to the Kamp Kitchen and you will find some great stuff. Also there is a Woodalls camping cook book that has some good stuff too. enjoy the rig HAPPY CAMPIN

Even better yet...introduce your hubby to Dutch Oven cooking. Then you can sit back in the lounge chair while he does supper!

Thanks everyone. I had no idea about the Kamp Kitchen group. I have joined and will be active over there on finding some new favorite camp recipes.
