Tire & Rim widths

Because most all ST tire advertising lists the measuring rim size, consumers get a little worried when an installer uses a tire with a different measuring rim size.

Some tires are rim width specific. Normally those tires will have the wheel rim size displayed on their sidewalls.

eTrailer has an easy rim to tire size chart for trailer tires. I’m adding the link below for all to grab and save.

On the Tire Rack link you can put-in the tire size and it will take you to all tires they carry in that size with rim ranges and measuring rim sizes for each one.
