Hurricane Isaias

...And I had so much planned for this coming weekend. I live right where the "H" is for Sunday 8pm.

Sometimes I question why we still live here just a dozen miles inland from the coastline.

And I commented the other day to another member that this system was going to chase them with rain going through the gulf.

Now look who's gettin' chased!

Anyone who's in the path like us (at this point anyway), stay dry. At least this is a smaller system this time.

Maybe time to head north or at least west.

Looks like we're in the cross hairs for Monday night!

Good Luck, and stay safe!

My weather app shows that storm over the Bahamas and likely to hit the Miami Florida coast. Stay safe ya'll!

I'm at John Pennecamp state park, in Key Largo. As of now 9:00 am we have had a little rain and light winds. Our top winds should be around 40 mph. So far so good.

My DW was raised in Key Largo, born in Key West. She practically grew up at John Pennecamp. Very nice place.

We're volunteers here, we've been here since May 14th. We'll be back in the fall.
