Keystone 5th wheel one slide, front jack & rear jack have no power please help

We have a 2012 Keystone High Country Cougar 5th wheel camper that has 2 slides (one rear one front) and has electic front jacks and rear jacks. When plugged in and unplugged (both ways) the front and rear electric jacks do not move up very well have low power as one of the slides (rear slide front slide works fine ????) I have to have my wife push slide button and I push on slide to get the slide to come out.

This problem happens both plugged in and unplugged, we have tried replacing batteries with new interstate batteries no luck called dealer and he states could be slide motor going bad but why is the front and rear electic jacks do not work very well as well everything seems to have low power ???? Please help ??? Wondering what it could be ?

Since all these things work 12V you were likely on the right track as far as replacing the batteries. Could be your batteries are not getting fully charged which would point to the power converter. I would start looking in that direction and hope smarter folks than me chime with with their best advice. Good luck. Also, to avoid redundant questions, put your camper year, make, model, and tow vehicle year, make and model in your signature.

First thing I'd check are the 12vdc auto reset circuit breakers. They may be on the frame or in the front pass thru. They can corrode. Also check the battery ground wire to the frame as corrosion can cause high resistance.

Is it possible you replaced the battery with a deep cycle marine battery with CCA, cold cranking amps, listed on the top of the battery?
If so, those are more for boats, not RVs. They are used to start boat motors, have a big burst of power but not long lasting, they'll run a few lights & possibly a small trolling motor, but not big constant draws like your slides.
You need a deep cycle with only amp hours, aH, listed & the more the better.
Just a thought.

I would also unplug each connector harness lead on the individual electric levelers and clean connections and reconnect... do the same for the power lead and ground wire coming to slide motor that is giving you issues...

I’d also take a second look at the battery to chassis frame ground...remove that cable and clean both frame surface and cable lead and reconnect.

A loose or corroded connection at battery frame ground, a dirty battery disconnect switch contact, or loose 12 volt supply cable to power center bus bar could also be contributors
