About the only issue you may have is "IF" (not absolutely) you might have pumped some antifreeze into your fresh water tank, then you'll taste it and smell it in the water you pump from that tank into the trailer faucets. If that does happen, then you'll need to drain the fresh water tank, rinse it well and then possibly deodorize it to get rid of the "aftertaste" of that pink stuff....
It won't hurt you, unless you drink quite a bit of it (RV antifreeze has the same affect on the human gut as the "go-litely" we take to purge our digestive system for a colonoscopy)... So, drink enough of it and you'll be close friends with the toilet for a few hours.... But, there's usually not enough in the fresh water tank to cause that kind of reaction.....
