Help

I accidentally put water in the winterizing port on my 2020 Montana 3121RL. Did I harm anything?? I've never winterized the unit since we live in Arizona and I really don't have too. Did I cause any problems?????

Unless you had the Winterize valve turned on, the line from the Winterize port dead ends at the Winterize valve. This is the diagram of the plumbing behind the convenience center on our rig that I drew up years ago, and is how most of the Montana's are plumbed.

About the only issue you may have is "IF" (not absolutely) you might have pumped some antifreeze into your fresh water tank, then you'll taste it and smell it in the water you pump from that tank into the trailer faucets. If that does happen, then you'll need to drain the fresh water tank, rinse it well and then possibly deodorize it to get rid of the "aftertaste" of that pink stuff....

It won't hurt you, unless you drink quite a bit of it (RV antifreeze has the same affect on the human gut as the "go-litely" we take to purge our digestive system for a colonoscopy)... So, drink enough of it and you'll be close friends with the toilet for a few hours.... But, there's usually not enough in the fresh water tank to cause that kind of reaction.....
