Pummel Drive TV with Firestick

Greetings! I just purchased a new Sprinter Unlimited 3551FWMLS - and for the moment I'm using the 50" Pummel Drive tv that is installed. I want to use my Amazon Firestick and it's remote - however Pummel Drive isn't listed as a manufacturer they have listed to program the remote. Anyone have any luck with this or suggestions?

So that just means the television remote won't won't operate the Firestick. Not unusual as the Firestick remote is not IR. You can still use the Firestick, you'll just have to use the remote that came with the Firestick.

I think the issue is the other way around. Normally, the FireStick remote controls the FireStick and the television (Power, volume, etc.) because it is in fact IR.

The common universal codes for a programmable remote are: 0039. 0093. 0165. 0386. 1004. 1009. 1011. 1025. 1064. 1077. 1078. If you have some time to kill, maybe find a name brand model tv that uses some of those codes and try that with the FireStick? I have heard some people have success setting it up for an LG.

Just an FYI; I have an LG 60” Plasma in the house. I just brought my Firestick out to the camper, plugged it into the HDMI port and the remote operates the Pummel-Drive tv as-is, with no adjustment.
