Monatana slide rack and pinion replace?

How much time does it take to replace the driver side large slide rack and pinion assemblies on a 2022 Keystone Montana 3231CK?

Two hours with someone that has the right tools, a couple of hyd jacks and stands to lift the slide up to get gear pack remove..

Sometimes the two gearpack interconnect shaft is tack welded from the factory and this can make getting the gearpack out a PITA unless you use a cutting wheel and cut the tack welds..

The interconnect bar is two pieces -- held in place by one end of the gear pack on each side... But some folks at the factory like to tack weld the two sections of interconnect shaft where the slide into one another and it makes the job a tad harder.

Also removing the upper guide bar assy out of the thru the frame slot can be hindered depending on the location of the fender and J wrap

I have removed all four gear packs and guide bars on my 2014 twice for routine cleaning, inspection, etc...

Took me most of the day but I am old and slow

** Note - when a gear pack and guide bar are replaced then the slide out alignment will also need checking and adjusting for side to side travel and extend/retract travel
